Since 2002, Oil Land Services has successfully completed numerous contracts awarded by various government entities. 

Among those awarded are contracts with the United States Corps of Engineers, the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, and the Louisiana Office of Coastal Protection and Restoration.

In addition to customary title, land and right-of-way personnel, some of these projects have required the addition of other professionals to our team.  The addition of the expertise of these professionals has given us the ability to provide our clients with a complete range of project services from environmental site evaluation to surveying to property, personal, business and utility appraisals.

Highlighted Government Entity Contract: The latest government contract, OCPR Contract No. 2503-11-16 entitled “Professional Land Services”, was awarded September 23, 2010 by the Governor’s Office of Coastal Activities, Office of Coastal Protection and Restoration (OCPR) of the State of Louisiana to Oil Land Services, Inc. in the amount of $5,000,000.00. 

In this contract, we provided OCPR with access to a team of professionals for their coastal protection and restoration related projects, including: Landmen, Right-of-Way Agents, Negotiators, Abstractors, Real Estate Appraisers, Business Valuation Consultants/CPAs, GIS/CADD Mappers, Relocation Assistance Specialists, General Construction Cost Consultants, Environmental Consultants and Land Surveyors.
